Honey has nearly 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector with a background that includes Leveraged and Corporate Finance, Structured and ABL Transaction Execution, Working Capital Product Management, Change, Technology and Transformation.

 She leads a talented group of One Bank transformation experts in empowering NatWest’s customer and colleague journey teams to function independently as part of a learning organisation in order to design, optimise and deliver effortless and seamless end-to-end customer and colleague experiences, enabling the organisation to deliver value and what matters most to customers faster.
