Clare is a member of the Cross-Divisional Projects team within the Office of the CAO, where she manages strategic business and regulatory programs that require cross divisional collaboration. She is a member of the Regional New Activity Committee in EMEA. Clare also serves as regional co-head of the EMEA Firmwide Black Network. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2010 as an associate and was named managing director in 2021. 

Prior to joining the firm, Clare worked at JPMorgan Chase as a project manager and business analyst within the Rates and Credit business for almost five years. Before that, she held a number of roles within IT service management at a variety of financial services companies. 

Clare earned a BA in History from Queen Mary, University of London, in 2001.
