Yehudi Asamoah is the People Systems Lead at Monzo where he manages HR systems strategy, a role that allows him to combine his passions for systems thinking, problem-solving, and working with people. With a background in English, Philosophy, and Mathematics studied at the university level, he began his career journey while volunteering for the NHS. Through dedication and drive, he joined an NHS talent programme, which helped propel him into management, culminating in roles as part of the leadership team and later as an Operations Manager.

In 2016, seeking a fresh challenge, he developed a keen interest in fintech, which led to the discovery of Monzo (then known as “Mondo”). After applying and interviewing, he secured a position at Monzo. Since joining, he has held various roles that reflect the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the startup environment. His versatility and commitment have seen him thrive in operations, platform management, knowledge management, and people functions.
