Tiana Holgate is an award-winning researcher, consultant, speaker, host, and community leader, passionately driving social change. Her extensive experience in social action, whilst sparked by lived experience is matched with rich sociological and historical expertise, informing her years of work tackling institutional racism, sexual violence, and the intersections between the two. Tiana’s career began with advocating for university students at regional and national levels and serving as a Trustee where she pioneered DEI reviews and spearheaded culture change initiatives. As the former Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at TapIn, a creative social agency, she led groundbreaking research into the experiences of Black Gen Z in the workplace. Her sociological expertise informed her guidance to global brands across various sectors, addressing the root causes of D&I issues.

As a community leader, Tiana empowers young adults (18-30) to navigate identity, pursue purpose, and transform their experiences into catalysts for change and growth through monthly events. Tiana is a recognised agent of change, celebrated for her compassionate yet direct approach, fuelled by authenticity and creativity.
