The STRETCH List acknowledges and celebrates exemplary leadership in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within Corporate UK with clear positive impact in various areas as a result of these efforts. This year, the award will focus on recognising individuals who have created initiatives that foster diversity and inclusion, and have led groundbreaking efforts to do so, regardless of their respective fields.
NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS
They should have implemented strategies aimed at fostering diversity in the workplace that maximise the potential of all individuals.
They must demonstrate leadership in spearheading initiatives that result in a heightened sense of cultural awareness, a deeper understanding of diversity, and a stronger promotion of diversity and inclusion.
They should be known to provide support to community-based diversity programs designed to improve people’s cultural awareness and sensitivity.
