Manpreet Bath is the EMEA DEI Lead for DCC Technology, where she leads diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across Europe. With a background in Computing and Manufacturing Systems, Manpreet began her career in the technology channel in 2002 as a Sales Executive at MSI. Initially, she had limited knowledge of the channel industry, but her passion for customer engagement and business dynamics quickly grew.
Over the years, she advanced through various roles in the sector, including positions at Foxconn and a 14-year tenure at Supermicro, where she rose from Channel Account Manager to Sales Director. In these roles, she built strong industry relationships and deepened her expertise in channel sales and management.
