Supporting our mission to promote diversity and inclusion, we proudly present the second edition of The STRETCH List, an exclusive yearly tribute to exceptional Black and ethnically diverse individuals who are supporting the career advancement of underrepresented professionals in Corporate UK 2024.
This distinguished list of outstanding leaders in Corporate UK represents the zenith of our annual conference, STRETCH. They are not only pioneers but architects of change within their respective industries.

She is the author of “99 Strategies to Get Customers”. She is also the founder of Global Tech Advocates – Black Women in Tech, the 1st largest organisation of black professional women in tech. She published since October 2021, an annual book “The Voices In The Shadow”. A book that features stories of black women in tech and is distributed to secondary schools for FREE across the UK and Ireland. The books are now also archived at The British Library to protect their legacy. She is the enabler and is never afraid to challenge the norms.

Richard Odufisan is a DEI Lead and Consultant and he is driven by personal experiences and a commitment to addressing inequities, he has built a remarkable career as a leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Key moments in his journey included witnessing a peer’s unfair promotion setback and recognizing the stark absence of Black partners at Deloitte. These experiences strengthened his resolve to make a tangible impact. He played a pivotal role in founding the Deloitte Black Network and participated in the Inclusion Think Tank, driving early DEI efforts. Leading Deloitte’s response to the Black Lives Matter movement was a defining moment, during which he spearheaded the launch of the UK Black Action Plan. In this role, he coordinated cross-functional efforts across Communications, Reward, Ethics, and Recruitment to ensure a unified, firm-wide approach to inclusion. As co-lead of the Black Network, he also led the creation of a coordinated Black History Month celebration across service lines and locations, ensuring accessibility for all employees.

After applying and interviewing, he secured a position at Monzo. Since joining, he has held various roles that reflect the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the startup environment.
